Since the beginning of Crystal Garden, we have worked with suppliers that honor the history, culture, and ethics of the sourcing of our products; from our California White Sage, and other incenses, to every crystal, mineral & stone, are consciously sourced, respecting the culture, protecting our Earth, and each region the crystals come from.

 

All of our producers and suppliers work with love, and dedication respecting the thousands of years of history of these sacred practices, maintaining respect and harmony with nature; likewise, we make sure that all places we visit in search of our products, maintain our same philosophy.

Yes, all of our products are natural and genuine in their formations. Crystal Garden maintains a strict policy in regards to how the products we offer are chosen.

 

All of our products are carefully curated to be natural, original, and genuine; we make sure to never buy imitations, forgery and artificially made crystals.

Purchasing online

To place an order, simply add your desired items to your cart and proceed to checkout.

 

Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation.

 

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information.

Please note that all orders are considered final. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled due to a change of mind, even if it has not yet been shipped.

 

Unfortunately, once an order has been placed, we are unable to cancel or make any further edits. Please review your shipping/billing address and items carefully before submission. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.

Due to the nature and characteristics of crystals, rocks, stones, and crystal-based products, returns and exchanges are not accepted. 

 

We do not offer returns or exchanges for reasons related to the unique characteristics of crystals or due to change of mind.

 

All sales are final and cannot be returned for a refund or exchange.

First, please check carefully to ensure the item isn't concealed within the packaging or adhered to the interior of the parcel. Smaller items, like accessories and tumble stones, are often nestled within protective bubble wrap and padding inside your parcel.

 

If you've thoroughly inspected your order and the item is still unaccounted for, don't fret. Please reach out to us with your order number # and details about the missing item, and we'll assist you promptly. You can contact us here.

We take great care in packaging your crystals to ensure they arrive safely. However, if your crystal has unfortunately arrived damaged, we're here to assist you.

 

Please send us an email at info@crystalgardenworld.com with your order number # and attach a photo depicting the condition of the damaged crystal. This will enable us to promptly determine the best solution for you. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we'll work to make it right.

All sale items are final sale.

Shipping & Delivery

We offer both national and international shipping services.

 

  • For Panamanian deliveries, in the Metropolitan Area we offer delivery services with a processing time of 1-3 business days.
  • For the rest of the territory we offer national shipping through carriers such as Uno Express, with a processing time of 3-5 business days.

We ship international orders via DHL or FEDEX Service within 3 - 5 business days, except in extraordinary circumstances.

You will be notified by email of the shipment date alongside the tracking information for your order.

Yes. Processing time for pickup orders is 1-3 business days but is usually ready within 24 hours.

 

You will receive an email notification once your order is ready for pickup and a contact number for our exact address.

Being an eco-conscious and Earth-protective company, we do not send printed informational gift cards for purchased stones.
