General Return Information

Due to the nature and characteristics of crystals and similar products, all sales are generally final, with specific exceptions as detailed below.

Exchanges (Non-Crystal Products)

Eligibility: Our 7-day exchange policy applies only to non-crystal products. Items must be unused, in original condition, and packaging.
Credit Note: Exchanges will be issued as credit notes for our online store.
Shipping Charges: Crystal Garden does not reimburse return shipping charges for exchanges based on a change of mind.
Damage Responsibility: Crystal Garden is not liable for items sent back broken or damaged.

Refunds & Credit Notes

Inspection Period: Items must be sent back to Crystal Garden within 7 days of receipt for inspection.
Refund Process: Eligible items will receive a refund within 7-10 days through the original payment method.
Payment Portals: Refund processing times may vary by payment portal. We will notify you when processed.

Damaged Items

Reporting & Assistance: If an item arrives damaged, email us photos, and do not send the item back, as this would void the insurance claim.

Missing Items

Checking & Reporting: Check wrapping for missing items and contact us if needed.

Return Shipping

Loss Responsibility: Use registered mail and mark packages as “FRAGILE.”
Shipping Charges & Insurance: Reimbursement for return shipping may be determined on a case-by-case basis.

Sale Items

Final Sale: Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
