Shipping & delivery

Processing Times

• Orders received over a weekend will be processed on Monday.
• If the order is received after 5:oo pm EST it will be processed the next business day.
• Orders made on a public holiday will be processed the following business day.

National Delivery

• Metropolitan Area: Delivery within 24-72 hours.
• Rest of the Territory: Shipping through national services such as Uno Express, 3-5 business days processing time.
• Note: All deliveries must be paid for beforehand; cash on delivery is not offered.

International Shipping

• Shipped through carriers such as FedEx or DHL; delivery time depends on the destination.
• International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties or taxes.

Pick-Up Options

• Available at our showroom in San Francisco; processing time is 1-4 business days but usually ready within 24 hours.

Address Accuracy

• Users must ensure the correct address is provided during checkout; any incorrect addresses may incur additional shipping costs at the expense of the User.

Shipping and Handling

• All shipments originate in Panama, Republic of Panama, and are packaged to ensure safe arrival.
• If the User wishes for the shipment/package to be insured, it will be declared at full value, and the User will be responsible for any import taxes or duties.

Tracking and Notifications

• Emails with tracking numbers will be sent once your order has shipped.

Returns

• Due to the nature of our products, returns and exchanges are not accepted; all sales are final. For further assistance please read our Refund Policy. Any exceptions are applicable only to excepted products and Crystal Garden reserves the right to address each claim on a case-by-case basis. 

Domestic and International Shipments

• Domestic packages are shipped through national shipping companies and will arrive within 3-5 business days.
• International customers may request specific handling, such as declaration as study samples; note the policies on insurance and responsibility for loss or damage.
